These Terms & Conditions govern your use of MomentInvites, a digital invitation design and management service operated by Yousef Hakam Yousef Alkhaldi ("we", "us", "our", or "MomentInvites"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using MomentInvites, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. If you are using MomentInvites on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
MomentInvites provides tools to design and manage digital event invitations, including features for RSVP tracking and guest photo collection. We offer paid add-ons for high-resolution downloads, RSVP management, and photo album hosting. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to:
MomentInvites and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Yousef Hakam Yousef Alkhaldi. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using the service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect purchases already made.
We strive to provide a reliable and uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MomentInvites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our aggregate liability shall be limited to the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms, poses a security or fraud risk, or is otherwise harmful to us or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Yousef Hakam Yousef Alkhaldi operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
